Standard Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, or if you've received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll happily help you return it any time within the first 30 days of purchase. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size /colour if preferred.
Please note :
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be processed once received.
Please note that Bicycles require very careful packaging. If you're returning one to us you must ensure that you've re-used all of the packaging supplied with the bike, and that packaging is positioned between any loose items within the box. We cannot accept returned bikes that have been damaged in transit back to us.

Bicycle Warranty
We will undertake warranty work free-of-charge on any bicycle that we have sold, however it is your responsibility to first return the bicycle to us for this work to be done.
