At Inspiral Cycles, we don’t offer set-price bike servicing packages. Every bike is different - and treating them the same rarely delivers the best results.
Instead, we offer bike servicing based on the actual condition of your bike. This allows our fully trained and experienced mechanics to focus on what your bike genuinely needs, rather than working to the limits of a fixed checklist or price.
How Our Bike Servicing Works
Our
professional bike servicing process is honest and transparent:
- We carry out a thorough inspection of your bike (free)
- Our mechanic discusses any findings and recommended work
- We only proceed once you’re happy with the scope and cost estimate
You’ll always know what work is being done and why, with no surprises. If we find anything additional while working on your bike, we’ll always call to discuss this.
Guide Prices
Even though we don’t offer fixed price packages, we understand it can be helpful to have a general idea of costs. The below are guide prices for some common services.
- Check-over service: from £40–£60
- Standard service: from £80–£120
- Full service: from £150+
- Brake bleed from £30 per brake
- Bottom bracket replacement from £25
- Standard headset replacement from £25
- Tubeless tyre install from £20
- Wheel true from £10
- Hub Service from £30
- Labour-only work: £48 per hour
Parts are charged separately. Specialist work is priced individually.

Our fully trained Cytech mechanics are approachable, and our top-level workshop is kitted out to carry out expert service and repairs tailored to your bike.
We service road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel bikes, commuter bikes, and e-bikes, and adapt our work to suit everything from daily commuting to high-mileage training and racing.
We are also trained and have the diagnostic software to work on Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Mahle and Fazua e-bike systems.
