- Small parcels: we send via Royal Mail
- Bikes and wheels and medium sized parcels: we send via Parcelforce. If you would like a completely unboxed, ready to ride delivery this is available, at extra cost, through Bike Services UK. Just let us know and we will guide you through the options.
- Electric bikes: we send via Bike Services UK. This is a dedicated delivery service that will ensure your bike gets delivered in the best possible condition. This costs us more and takes a few days longer, but we want you to receive your bike in tip-top condition! Ready to ride and boxed options are available for this courier, please let us know if you would like an enhance delivery package.
When you buy your bike online from Inspiral Cycles we go the extra mile to ensure that your bike is set up ready to ride.
- We build your bike up so it is 100% ready to ride.
- We give it a very quick test ride to ensure that everything works exactly as it should.
- We then repackage your bike into the box and make sure that everything is protected.
- You’ll need a pedal spanner to fit the pedals.
- You’ll need a 4mm or 5mm allen key to straighten the stem and/or fit the handlebars. Most stems need to be tightened to a torque of 5 or 6nm.
